Last week I bought an air-conditioner from your store. After the installation I tested its working performances. I was very disappointed to find that it made an extreamly loud noise during the working. The installation engineer, who was the one with 20 years experiences in air-conditioner installation, checked the installation and could not find any thing wrong with the installation. Could you please arrange an engineer from your company to check and fit it. If it cannot be repaired I would like to return it to you and get the refound. I am looking forward to your kind reply.
